How to Insert column or row in Microsoft Excel  - This time I will give a little explanation about How to Insert column or row in Microsoft Excel. Insert a column or row means adding a column or row in the middle of the table. Follow the instructions below:

1. First selection of cells in which the column will be inserted, for example, cell C1: C7. sorry i cant take snapshot while im selecting so just selected in that black coloums

 

 2. Then Right click selected row and Insert 

 

4. Then click the OK button.

5. After that will appear a new column inserted in column C
