How to Create a Link Between Sheet In Excel

Learning Excel will discuss about how to put a data link between the sheets in an Excel file.


 This is a simple technique but some users are still not understand, and therefore we will discuss in this post. We take the example that in this case we will organize the data that require multiple sheets in an Excel file.
Sheet1, Sheet2 and Sheet3 and each sheet are interconnected. Well, how to put a link data manually is to type = button on the keyboard and then we put the data on another sheet required.
For example, we make the data amount of absences a student in a month on Sheet2 of the daily attendance data that we enter every day on Sheet1. See the picture below:

In this example is the total absence of Joe in a month, See sheet2, then how to enter total absences Joe from sheet1 is:

1. In sheet2, columns Total absent type =
2. Then left-click and left-click Sheet 1 Column total number of absences Joe. In this example, column B row 17, then press the Enter key one time, then the value of the total absence of Joe will appear in the column total absence in sheet2

This method can be done to put any data link between the sheets in an Excel file. By learning a regular basis we will be very easy to cope with a job that requires Microsoft Excel
